Summary:
Responsible for functioning as the front door of the company through the role of receptionist, always engaging with all callers, troubleshooting issues and transferring to appropriate department efficiently.
This position is high visibility and an opportunity to work directly with the owners and their teams.
Must be extremely detailed oriented, organized, able to do dictation and have an understanding that projects must be expedited.
Part Time Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday 8:
00 am - 5:
00 pm Saturday & Sunday Full Time:
Wednesday through Sunday Monday through Friday Responsible include but not limited to:
Supporting all aspects of the office Stocking of supplies, assist in oversight of daily cleanliness checks, functioning of equipment, etc.
Responsible for using common sense when a call comes in that needs to be addressed urgently, accountable for always acting with a sense of urgency.
Responsible for communicating directly with the owners, and giving administrative support when needed.
Responsible for learning VIP clients' names.
Held accountable for having knowledge of the staff's roles and chain of command company wide.
Responsible for representing Marders, spotting opportunity through the incoming call inquiries.
Held accountable for knowing all the services we provide and selling our standard and vision.
Responsible for following Retail message passing protocol, never putting a customer on hold and following up to ensure 10-minute promise is met if not exceeded.
Held accountable for the phone voice message updates, as far as Closings, events and hours is concerned.
Accountable to keep the extension list and cell phone list up to date.
